The 2 ladies who sat with my husband and attended to his needs in his final days, treated him as if he were a member of their family, with empathy, kindness and compassion. They also understand my sadness and concern and consoled me, helping me to come to term with his end of his life. They were brilliant! I realized that keeping him at home till the end was the right decision for us and has meant that I have no regrets and have the confidence to move on.

Mrs. [name removed] was in a delusional state due to infection for her lung cancer tumour so was 'out of it' mostly, hence 'N/A' answers.

We as a family were massively impressive especially by [name removed], and another lady who's name escapes me.

I find all the staff I’ve spoken to to be very kind, supportive and understanding. They give me great advice and I know I can call if I have any queries. They were great when I was first referred and helped me to get my pain management under control and are now supporting me in reducing some of my pain medication
